
Samantha Pugh received her Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and minored in Sociology from Wingate University in Wingate, NC and her Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy from New York Institute of Technology in Old Westbury, New York. Samantha has clinical experience in many settings including, sensory gyms, outpatient clinics, hospitals, nursing homes and community based facilities. She has worked with children and adults ranging from mild delays to individuals with medically complex disorders. She has a true passion for children and helping them to reach their greatest potential.
Samantha has had the opportunity to take a mission health service trip to Africa where she worked with children with a variety of disorders including, Cerebral palsy, Down syndrome, Muscular Dystrophy, Spina Bifida, Autism spectrum disorder, sensory processing disorder and developmental delays. Samantha was a CBRS provider at Sandhill’s Children’s Center before starting her careers as an occupational
therapist, she treated kids ages 6 weeks- 5 years old, with a variety of physical and developmental delays.
Samantha is licensed by North Carolina board as an Occupational Therapist. Samantha recently moved to Raleigh, NC with her two doodles, Maya and Rhett. In her spare time she enjoys working out, hanging out with friends and family, volunteering and playing with her dogs.
